The document aims to increase the coverage of preschool education for children to 80% by the end of 2025.
Special attention will be given to remote and peripheral areas, where the establishment of family-run private kindergartens is planned. In regions with low income levels and high demographic indicators, these institutions will be funded through government loans, grants, and resources from international financial institutions.
Additionally, short-term groups for preschool-age children will be organized in vacant buildings of social institutions.
The resolution also sets specific targets for the coverage of children aged 3-7 with preschool education for the years 2025-2026. Within the framework of the World Bank project "Support for Early Childhood Development," state preschool institutions will be equipped with playgrounds and furniture for preparatory groups.
These measures are aimed at improving access to preschool education and creating conditions for the comprehensive development of children across the country.
