The system will operate as follows:
1. Registration on the electronic platform.
2. Selection of an available number.
3. Payment and receipt of the invoice.
4. Linking the number to the PINFL after payment.
5. Notification of number assignment.
6. Receipt of the ID card within 90 days.
The service launch is scheduled for March 1. Until July 1, 2025, expenses will be covered by the off-budget fund of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which funding will be sourced from the sale of "fancy" numbers.
The proceeds will be directed towards enhancing the material and technical base of the Road Traffic Safety Service and rewarding employees.
Payments for services will be allocated as follows:
When applying through the Ministry of Internal Affairs website or its mobile app:
30% — to the off-budget fund of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
70% — to the state budget.
Through EPGU:
10% — to the state services development fund,
11.75% — to the Ministry of Digital Development (including 0.5% for the billing system),
30% — to the off-budget fund of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
48.25% — to the state budget.
Serial numbers will remain free and will be issued automatically.
