Changes have been made regarding military service obligations.
Amendments and additions have been made to a series of presidential decrees, introducing restrictions related to military service.

In particular, according to the amendment to the Regulations on Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies:
- Citizens wishing to join the internal affairs bodies will be informed in writing about the restrictions set forth by the Law on "Internal Affairs Bodies."
- Candidates who agree to these restrictions and meet the special requirements of the ministry will be accepted into service.
Additionally, according to the amendment to the Regulations on Service in the State Customs Service:
- It is established that citizens who refuse to comply with the restrictions set by the legislation on service in customs authorities, or who do not meet the special requirements, cannot be accepted into service.
Furthermore, according to the amendment to the Regulations on the Procedure for Military Service by Citizens:
- Citizens wishing to enlist in contract military service will be informed in writing about the restrictions outlined in the Law on "General Military Duty and Military Service," as well as the conditions of military service.
- Candidates who agree to these restrictions and meet the special requirements of the ministries will be accepted into contract military service.
