On February 21, a major brawl occurred at a computer club in Fergana, as reported by Kun.uz.

A group of young men was behaving loudly, disturbing others. When staff members intervened, they did not respond. After a warning about shutting down the computers, the conflict escalated into a fight: eight young men attacked two administrators.

Video footage shows that the individual calling himself Otabek Vallomov was the most aggressive. He shouted: “Call whoever you want!”

According to eyewitnesses, this person may be the son of a well-known entrepreneur, Bakhtiyor Vallomov. However, Kun.uz clarifies that there is currently no evidence to support this claim.

Both injured administrators were hospitalized with serious injuries.

A case has been initiated against Otabek Vallomov under Article 277, Part 2 of the Criminal Code (Hooliganism causing moderate harm to health), and he has been declared wanted.

The Internal Affairs Directorate of the Fergana region has reported that they are investigating the situation.
