A draft of the state program aimed at 2025 has been published for public discussion.

In the Center for the Assessment of Executive Personnel of the Agency for the Development of the Civil Service, commissioned by the Anti-Corruption Agency, the degree of susceptibility to corruption will be assessed in 2025 among at least 500 individuals holding managerial positions, as well as those in reserve for these posts.

Based on research aimed at forming a value system that promotes an uncompromising stance against corruption among public servants, proposals for implementing effective measures will be regularly submitted (at least once a year).

Additionally, there are plans to enhance citizen participation in the management of society and state affairs under the new constitutional and legal conditions.

Proposals have been developed for the creation of an electronic portal "My Proposal" based on the "Menin fikrim (My Opinion)" portal, which will be submitted to the administration of the President of Uzbekistan.
