Construction of a railway will commence on the Kibraï-Parkent route.

An event was held in the Tashkent region to mark the beginning of the construction of an electrified railway line connecting Baytkurgan in the Kibray district and the Parkent district.

The project involves the construction of a 23.8-kilometer-long line. The design work is being carried out by the joint-stock company "Boshtransloyikha," while the construction tasks will be performed by railway specialists.

The project plans to build 2 passing points, 4 bridges, 2 overpasses, 1 tunnel overpass, 78 drainage structures, and 7 crossings of roads and railways.

After the project is completed and put into operation, a significant increase in the number of visitors to the Parkent district of the Tashkent region is expected, especially tourists.
