Asrorjon Askarov has been appointed as the acting chairman of the company's board, previously serving as the deputy chairman for economics. The former head of the joint-stock company, Ulugbek Mustafaev, has been appointed as the governor of the Jizzakh region.

Asrorjon Akramovich Askarov has been appointed as the acting chairman of the board of JSC “Hududiy Elektr Tarmoklari.” This was reported by the company's press service.
Prior to this, Askarov held the position of deputy chairman of the company for economics.
Asrorjon Askarov was born in 1978. In 2001, he graduated from the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, in 2008 from the Tashkent State Economic University, and in 2009 from the Academy of Public Administration.
Ulugbek Mustafaev, who led the company since 2019, was appointed acting governor of the Jizzakh region on December 19.
