Orifjon Faiziev has been appointed as the new deputy director of the National Agency for Prospective Projects (NAPP) of Uzbekistan, according to a statement from the agency's press service.

Since 2023, prior to his appointment to a new position, Faiziev served as the head of the insurance market development department at NAPP.
Oryfjhon Faiziev was born in 1982 in the Bukhara region and is a graduate of Tashkent State Economic University, as well as the Banking and Finance Academy.
He began his career in the banking system in 2004, worked in the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan from 2009 to 2017, and served in the National Project Management Agency from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of deputy head of the department and director of the department at the State Tax Committee.
