The buyer has committed to ensuring the stable operation of the Humo payment system and protecting users' confidential information. The results of the privatization have been approved by the State Commission for Privatization and Coordination of the Processes of Privatization of State Assets.

About the Humo Payment System
The Joint Stock Company "National Bank of Interbank Processing" - the Humo payment system, based on bank payment cards, is designed to conduct transactions in Uzbekistan and abroad. It is an integral part of Uzbekistan's payment system.
The company holds the appropriate license from the Central Bank to operate as a payment system operator. The authorized capital amounts to 155.4 billion sums. Currently, more than 27 million Humo cards have been issued, with over 210,000 terminals and more than 6,400 ATMs installed.
