Saida Mirziyoeva attended the launch of the "Women Leaders School" courses.

“Today, I participated in the opening of the fourth season of the 'Women Leaders School,' established based on a presidential decree. It is wonderful that this important project continues to develop, opening doors to new knowledge and skills for hundreds of young, promising, and talented women,” – said Mirziyoyeva.

“Each of them has a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of Uzbekistan by becoming a leader capable of making the world a better place,” – she added.

In Uzbekistan, special training courses have been organized for several years aimed at developing leadership skills among women and preparing them for managerial positions.

The project is focused on supporting active, initiative-taking women leaders who possess knowledge, experience, and sufficient skills in their fields, as well as expanding their opportunities.
