During a video conference chaired by the president, focused on the results of the mortgage program for 2024 and plans for 2025, important issues were discussed .
During the meetings, developers addressed challenges such as acquiring land plots, accessing loans, obtaining construction permits, infrastructure development, commissioning of buildings, and their sale. For instance, the construction of 150 apartment buildings, intended for 5,000 apartments, was halted due to a lack of working capital. To tackle this issue, banks will allocate loan funds amounting to 310 million dollars to cover the developers' operational costs.
It was also noted that 18,000 apartments equipped with individual gas heating systems have yet to be commissioned. Responsible officials have been tasked with forming a working group to analyze each case and prepare proposals for the government.
The president emphasized the need for developing a program to reduce wastefulness in lighting central and internal streets.
Additionally, due to delays in elevator commissioning of 2–3 months, two teams will be organized for each region, along with training for 20 individuals to service and repair elevators.
