A new tourist complex has begun construction in Beldersey.

Previously, the "Beldersay" recreation area with a cable car was sold during a tender to the company "Ulkan Mulk" for 107 billion sums.

Currently, the enterprise is carrying out work on the demolition of old structures and the construction of new facilities over an area of 100 hectares as part of the "Mountain Tourism and Recreation Zone" project.

The first phase of construction includes investments amounting to 4.5 million dollars. The project plans to build a modern five-star hotel, open and closed swimming pools, a sports ground, and a cable car spanning 2.5 kilometers.

Let us remind you that the recreation area was sold back in early 2022. "Beldersay" covers an area of more than 46 hectares, where buildings and structures occupy 9,628 square meters.
