According to the information from the children's ombudsman, A.R. heard from others that K.U. allegedly made inappropriate remarks about her. As a result, A.R. knocked the girl to the ground in a recreation park, struck her in the face and body, and dragged her by the hair across the ground. All of this occurred in front of bystanders.
An investigative check is being conducted by the Katakurgan District Internal Affairs Directorate regarding this incident.
A forensic medical examination has been appointed to determine the extent of K.U.'s injuries.
“Strict legal measures must be applied to such violent actions against minors! The children's ombudsman will monitor the developments of this case,” the statement says.
