According to the decree of the district hokim U. Barnoev, Aziz Boboev was dismissed "at his own request," and his employment contract was terminated.
Interestingly, unlike the widely announced appointment of Boboev to this position in March 2024, information regarding his dismissal remained confidential. Even the document regarding his release from duty was published on the platform e-qaror.gov.uz in a restricted format. The reason for the access limitation is the personal data contained in the document, the use of which is subject to restrictions under the law.
However, this practice was not applied in other cases of employee dismissals, raising questions about the transparency of this decision. For instance, similar orders regarding other officials, such as the secretary, were published publicly without any restrictions.
The Romitan district hokimiyat commented on the situation surrounding Aziz Boboev, explaining that a criminal case was initiated against him for actions committed during his tenure as the hokim's assistant in the "Hazortut" mahalla from 2022 to 2024.
The official statement clarifies that Boboev was appointed as the deputy hokim for innovation development in March 2024, but on October 30 of the same year, he submitted his resignation, after which his employment contract was terminated.
The hokimiyat emphasized that Aziz Boboev is not being accused of actions during his tenure as deputy hokim, but for violations committed in his previous position.
Nevertheless, the question remains unanswered as to why the order for Boboev's dismissal was kept from the public.
Earlier, it was reported that Aziz Boboev and his brother Laziz Boboev are involved in a case of fraud and document forgery. The criminal case is being heard in the Romitan district court, where Aziz Boboev served as deputy hokim.
