The incident occurred on the morning of January 15 at around 7:00 AM in the "Zarbdor" neighborhood. A passerby noticed a white bag left on the street. According to him, he initially thought it contained groceries. However, when something inside the bag started moving, he immediately called the emergency number 102.
Following this, law enforcement officials quickly arrived at the scene. "The newborn's umbilical cord had not yet been treated, which is why we called for an ambulance," said an officer from the police department.
The baby was promptly taken to the hospital, where he is currently under medical supervision. An investigation is underway.
