Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov is set to develop a tourist center at Charvak.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to Podrobno.uz, Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov has proposed the establishment of an international tourist center called Sea Breeze Uzbekistan along the shores of the Charvak Reservoir. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has reviewed the project concept and expressed his support for it, as reported by a correspondent from Podrobno.uz.

Thanks to the Charvak Reservoir, rivers, snowy mountains, and picturesque forests, the Bostanlyk district is an attractive destination for relaxation year-round. Over the past five years, more than 2 trillion sums in investments have been attracted to the area, leading to the launch of 59 new tourist facilities with a capacity of 13,000 places.

Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov and other major investors have expressed their readiness to build the international tourist center Sea Breeze Uzbekistan on the shores of the Charvak Reservoir.

The project includes the creation of recreation areas, beaches, sports grounds, hotels, cottages, and residential complexes, as well as the opening of stores under international brands, restaurants, and service points. Various festivals, concerts, and cultural events are planned. For the convenience of visitors, a bridge will be constructed across the bay.

The President has supported this proposal and tasked the Prime Minister with heading a working group to address legal and infrastructure issues. The project will be implemented in phases, taking into account global experience.

It is worth noting that an all-season resort "Gelon" will be established in the Shahrihsabz district with the involvement of Russian investors.
