The Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan received the credentials of the ambassador from Kyrgyzstan.
Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with the newly appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, Duyshenkul Chotonov, who presented copies of his credentials. During the meeting, key areas for the further development of bilateral cooperation were discussed, reports Podrobno.uz correspondent.

Saidov emphasized that the fraternal ties between the countries continue to develop actively, and the prospects for deepening cooperation in various fields remain very promising.
"We are witnessing significant achievements and see even broader opportunities for realizing the potential of our relations," he noted on his Telegram channel.
Duyshenkul Chotonov was appointed as the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan in December 2024 by the decree of President Sadyr Japarov.
