It is noteworthy that diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Iceland were established on September 25, 1997.
Additionally, it is worth mentioning that in May 2024, Ravshan Usmanov presented his credentials as Uzbekistan's ambassador to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to King Charles III.
