This will be handled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The document is to be submitted within two months, as stated in the decree from the head of state dated December 20.
Additionally, the document approves a new standard structure for the management apparatus of regional hokimiyats.

The hokimiyats of Kashkadarya and Tashkent regions will establish the position of first deputy hokim, while other hokimiyats will create advisory roles focused on agriculture and digitalization, as well as a sector dedicated to strengthening international cooperation with China and attracting investments.
The performance of local hokimiyats will be assessed across 10 key areas on the platform samaradorlik.uz.
