The president was informed about the upcoming Yunusabad market and the city's parks.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, today the president presented projects related to construction and urban development. The presentation revealed some details about the plans for the Yunusabad farmers' market, as well as the "Dustlik" and Abdulla Qodiriy parks in Tashkent.
Президенту сообщили о состоянии Юнусабадского рынка и столичных парков.

The Yunusabad market will be developed, as previously reported, according to a modern concept – "upwards." According to the project, a three-story eco-market will be constructed on the site of the existing bazaar while preserving its traditional appearance.

Nearby, an additional shopping center and a jewelry house will be established. Beneath the buildings, an underground parking facility will be created, accommodating more than a thousand vehicles. The President has instructed responsible parties to organize the construction in phases to ensure the market continues to operate without interruptions.

In the capital's Abdulla Qadiri park, plans are underway to expand the green spaces, effectively utilizing the terrain by creating walking areas, fountains, a new planetarium, and a gastro-hall to attract tourists. The President approved the plans but added that it is essential to incorporate national color:

"It is important to reflect the city's history and our people's traditions here. Everyone, regardless of age, should find a place in the park that appeals to them."

In the "Dostlik" park, walking paths, water bodies, and recreation areas will be renovated, and new benches will be installed. A family entertainment zone, a children's creativity center, a skate park, an aviary (a large enclosure for birds), and a Ferris wheel will be created.

The park houses the Committee for Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries. In the adjacent square, there are plans to construct pavilions for national cultural centers. Each pavilion will be designed in a style that reflects the unique culture and traditions of the people it represents. The pavilions will harmoniously complement the ensemble of the "Dostlik" park.

The authorities also intend to expand the "Navruz" park, which was established in Tashkent in 2019 at the initiative of the President. Plans include the construction of a hotel, an indoor sports complex, a restaurant, and a conference hall.

Near the "Yangi Uzbekistan" parks in Nurafshan and Namangan, tourist centers will be organized, featuring an eastern bazaar, craft zones, an amphitheater, fountains, and other structures. The area of green spaces will be increased by planting new trees.
