Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to Podrobno.uz, the estimated cost of the Emin Agalarov international tourist center, Sea Breeze Uzbekistan, located in the Bostanlyk district, will be $10 billion. This announcement was made during a meeting that reviewed the current year's results and discussed plans for 2025 aimed at supporting entrepreneurship.

On December 16, it was announced that Azerbaijani entrepreneur and artist Emin Agalarov proposed the construction of the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan tourist center on the shores of the Charvak Reservoir. Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the project's concept and supported the initiative.
The project includes the establishment of recreational areas, beaches, sports facilities, hotels, cottages, and residential complexes, as well as the opening of stores featuring international brands, restaurants, and service points. Various festivals, concerts, and cultural events are planned to take place. For the convenience of visitors, a bridge will be constructed across the bay.
