This approach has been recognized as successful, leading to plans for allocating 3.2 trillion sums in 2025 for infrastructure development in 71 districts with challenging living conditions. These funds will be used to modernize one thousand complex mahallas to attract entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs are already prepared to implement 3,500 projects totaling 31 trillion sums, which will create 200,000 new jobs. To support these initiatives, the Ministry of Economy and Finance has been tasked with allocating an additional one trillion sums for infrastructure development.
