Abbosbek Faizullaev Named Best Young Footballer in Asia

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has recognized Abbosbek Faizullaev, the winger for the Uzbekistan national team and Moscow's CSKA, as the Best Young Footballer in Asia.

This title highlights his impressive performance throughout the season and his significant contribution to the team's success, which qualified for the Olympics for the first time.

Faizullaev was born on October 3, 2003, in the Syrdarya region and began his professional career at the Tashkent club "Pakhtakor". In August 2023, he transferred to Moscow's CSKA, for which he had already played 33 matches by early August 2024, including scoring his debut goal for the club in a match against "Rostov".
