SberDevices has unveiled the first Russian smart ring that functions as a fitness tracker. The device is similar to counterparts like Oura, Samsung Ring, and Amazfit, offering a compact and user-friendly form factor.
The Sber ring is equipped with sensors to measure key parameters: heart rate, temperature, blood oxygen level, and movement. One of the advantages of this format is its closer fit to the skin compared to watches and bracelets, which ensures more accurate measurements.
The collected data is processed using the GigaChat MAX neural network, and access to this information is provided through a dedicated application.
The ring will operate for up to seven days without needing a recharge. It is set to go on sale at the beginning of next year and will be available in three colors (black, silver, gold) and eight sizes (ranging from 6 to 13). The price has not yet been disclosed.
