Cyclists from Uzbekistan secured eight medals at the Asian Track Cycling Championships for youth and adults, held in Malaysia from February 21 to 27, reports the press service of the National Olympic Committee.
It is noted that Samira Ismoilova excelled at this tournament, earning 2 gold and 2 bronze medals. In the individual pursuit, she also set a continental and world record among youth, completing the 3000-meter distance in 3:46.800 minutes.
